15 lbs honey
6 lbs mixed berries — preferably with tart cherries
12 oz dried hibiscus
5 gallons water
D47 or EC-1118 Yeast

2 quarts of water
½ quarts (1.9 L) water
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Elderflowers, stem removed (1/5 ounce, or 5.5 g)
3 Tablespoons (45 ml) rose petals or buds (¼ ounce, or 7 g)
4 cups chopped peaches
3 cups of honey
1 cup grape juice or orange juice
1/3 package of champagne yeast
Units for 1 gallon:
Around 1.5 pounds of Orange Blossom Honey (Add enough to reach your target gravity)
1/4 Pound Maltodextrin
Yeast : Wyeast Lambic Blend
Starting Gravity: 1.065
10-15 Oak Chips (not really for flavor, but more of a bug colony)
